Popis:	The purpose of the event is to train participants from Member States embarking and expanding their nuclear power programmes on the establishment of management systems nuclear leadership and safety culture, in accordance with the IAEA Safety Standards and other relevant IAEA guides.
Účastníci:	This training course is open for current/forthcoming managers, project managers, management system specialists, specialists participating in the development of leadership and safety culture programmes. The training course is suitable for personnel from current/future owner-operator organizations, nuclear regulatory bodies, technical support organizations and nuclear energy programme implementing organizations (NEPIOs).
