After two years of effort, we have prepared a draft amendment to the Atomic Act, which is the basic legal regulation for protection against the negative effects of ionising radiation and the use of nuclear energy. This is a draft law amending Act No. 263/2016 Coll., the Atomic Act, as amended.
We have launched a reflection process, so you can send your suggestions and comments on the draft to podatelna@sujb.cz until 28 November 2023.
