The Council Directive 2009/71/Euratom establishing a Community framework for the nuclear safety requires from the Member states, among others, to submit a report to the Commission on the implementation of this Directive. The first term for submitting the report is 22 July 2014.
SUJB has prepared the National Report of The Czech Republic under Article 9.1 of the Council Directive 2009/71/EURATOM of 25 June 2009 establishing a Community framework for the nuclear safety of nuclear installations and submitted it to the European Commision on 21 July 2014.
