The basic requirements for peacefull utilization of nuclear energy by nuclear facility operation and for nuclear regulatory autority performance is Act No. 263/2016 Coll., on Peaceful Utilisation of Nuclear Energy and Ionising Radiation (the Atomic Act). The Atomic Act is suplemented by SÚJB decrees that specify the nuclear safety requirements in details.
