On 15 December 2020 SUJB has issued a decision No. SÚJB/ONRV/24217/2020 related to the further operation of the Interim Spent Fuel Storage Facility Dukovany. This decision is enforceable from 1 January 2021 and thus follows the previous decision of the SUJB, which will expire on 31 December 2020. In accordance with § 21 para. 2 of Act No. 263/2016 Coll., the Atomic Act, this licence is issued for an indefinite period.
